I haven't posted in a while!

I haven't posted forever, life has been busy!

I'll do some bullets of things that have been going on:

-I got a job! I'm a team lead at the company that I left when my second daughter was born. I started yesterday, so today was my second day. I think I'm going to like it, for no other reason than the parade of old friends that have been by my desk over the last two days. PLUS, my budget's going to improve immensely.

-Now that momma's bringing in some serious cash (at least relative to my old income), we're looking at buying a camper. It may not be until spring, but we're all excited. We'll just go with a little pop up, probably not more than $3000, but it'll still be fun.

-We had a hail storm last Monday, with hail stones about ping-pong ball to egg size. Our office started leaking (we live in a 106 year old house), so we called the insurance company to come out. Low and behold, our whole roof is ruined, so we're getting a new one! Yippee! Our roof is at least 20-25 years old, so we've need a new roof since we moved in 3 years ago, we just haven't come up with the money. But, now insurance is paying for it. It's like hitting the lottery for homeowners!

-Band wise, things have been going good. I got another fill towards the end of August with the band doctor locally. I did it under flouro again, and my little 'fold' is still there. I got a fill of .6 ccs, and it definitely seems to be working. Honestly, I sort of feel like it might have been too much. As in, there were several times where I was definitely hungry, but it felt like it was just going to be too much work to eat, so I didn't bother. But, I really didn't want to go back in and have some taken out, so I've just gone with it. I'm losing, albeit slowly, so I'm not really complaining! Now that I'm back at work, it's significantly harder to snack throughout the day, so I think I'll probably start losing a little quicker. For example, today, I had a string cheese, about 2/3rd of a snack sized baggie of trail mix, about an ounce of colby jack cheese, and about 5 deli slices of turkey. That covered breakfast, snack, lunch, and snack. That sure doesn't seem like much, so I think it's at least possible that my losing will pick up. But, anything is better than nothing.

That's all I can think of for now, hope all is well in blogland!
